User review:
This was a decent plot and great acting. But the script and most scenes were quite bland. If the story is about a horrendous experience of gay conversion camps, they didn’t do a good job making it seem awful. All moments where there was opportunity to make me cry, they skipped or glossed over. I would save my money for when this comes out on an airplane or Netflix. There was so much opportunity to make this movie great, but they failed to make me feel anything. For a movie with such heavy topics and sadness, I was perplexed to feel nothing.
