The new title, “Shadows in Mind” is too poetic to attract the wide audience the film deserves.Gay and straight. Male and female. Young and old. Under different circumstances It could happen to anyone. I found the film on Prime Video. It’s a mistake to limit it to the Prime LGBT category even though the central love story is between two men.The movie atmosphere reminds me of Alfred Hitchcock’s Rope. It could have been adapted from a stage play but here it is not confined to one room. The other scenes are well used to keep you interested and try to work out what is actually going to happen. It’s a slow burn with no violent action but the ending is worth waiting for.Director: Mark Schwab
