Storyline:

A dramatic love story of a man, two women and three children. When love suddenly explodes in these people’s lives it creates a pressure wave that changes the lives of everyone. Johan is married with Lotta and has two children, when Johan and his colleague Anna falls in love with one another. A love that causes anger, hate, joy and eventually new possibilities.

User review:

It’s a good story about simple things. Alice is Johan and Lotta’s teenage daughter, she is angry with his father for leave the house and hates Anna (Johan’s lover) but in the process she understand that not all in life is black or white and learns to accept other ways of life.

The Characters are simple and that’s why you can understand what are they feeling, specially Alice is a great character. It’s true, this movie has no action scenes and no efx but the story doesn’t need them because the story is so good.

The beauty of this movie is that it involves the audience until you can feel the way the characters feel and understand them.

A good emotional drama about a family breaking down. Subtitles can sometimes be a bit off.

Everyone Loves Alice (English title) is your classic kids-and-divorce movies seen through the eyes of a child. In this Swedish film, Alice’s father falls for another woman. So her parents divorce. The father is now with his new love who also has a son, Patrik, about the same age as 12-year-old Alice. The two plot to break up their relationship. Although the movie is good, I didn’t find it that special in this genre.
