Wonderful German movie (with dubbed French and English subtitles available on the disc) about a boy who finds a magic mirror. In it, his reflection promises that he is a “perfect” version of the boy – that his reflection can do everything that the boy can’t. Indeed, upon pulling his reflection from the mirror, the boy finds that his reflection gets perfect scores on math exams whereas the boy himself has great difficulty with math. But what happens when the boy’s studious friend finds out? What’s his friend’s reflection going to be like? And what happens when more of the kids in his class find out? This is a great kids’ film that demonstrates the importance of being yourself. Quite good!
