Martin (Gerhard Gundel) grows up in squalid conditions. With seven he is on record at thirteen he makes his first break. After the boy falls into a vicious cycle of home stays and escape attempts. Lawyer and director Norbert Kückelmann (“Lost Children”) complains soulless stickler to the authorities. His drama based on a true case.
At thirteen Martin Sonntag (Gerhard Gundel) is admitted to a public educational institution and finds in a psychological carers for the first time in his life a constant caregiver. But as the competent office shall reduce the financial resources of the home, the therapy sessions have to be canceled. Martin, who feels again from its environmentally let down, flees from the home. Months later he was arrested after his fourteenth birthday of the police and ends up in jail, but before he can be sentenced for his crime, he hanged himself in his cell.
