This is a kids’ fantasy film good for the whole family. Martijn and his Grandpa are cast as leads in a fantasy film. Martijn is the hero while Grandpa plays the sorcerer. Meanwhile, a real fantasy is going on, complete with a real sorcerer and a child, about Martijn’s age, who is being held captive. A battle between good and evil is about to take place in the real world. I found this kids’ fantasy film as kinda cute but mediocre at best.
A young boy, about age 7, falls in love with a 21 year-old woman. The problem is that she is engaged, and the boy wants to get rid of the fiancée. He is obsessed with an ancient Viking burial mound. Legend has it that it contains treasure and Viking weapons. The boy decides he needs the weapons to get rid of the fiancée. But if he digs the mound, legend is the ancient spirits will seek revenge. I really didn’t like this movie. It was just boring to me. On the positive side, the Icelandic scenery is beautiful.

On May 29th I ordered 2 DVDS and it’s over 6 weeks and no DVDS 📀.
